Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:
Primary Purposes: (i) Identification and verification purposes (ii) Contact (iii) Offering and providing services for the organization and coordination of all types of governmental, public, and private events, including but not limited to executive projects, congresses, conferences, fairs, the operation, logistics, planning, setup, and execution of such events, whether national or international, as well as related services (iv) Provision of direct and intermediary services in advertising, artistic design, all types of art, industrial design, image design or staging, scenic installations (v) Manufacturing, assembly, production, subcontracting, and sale of computer equipment and accessories (vi) Production, purchase, sale, distribution, import, export, leasing and subleasing of all types of audiovisual programs, films, documentaries for educational purposes, graphic decorations, posters, and any materials used for exhibitions and fairs for educational, cultural, commercial, and communication purposes, for public or private governmental entities, schools, and universities; this also includes all electronic equipment and materials required for such purposes. Secondary Purposes: (i) For advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or commercial prospecting purposes and market research; (ii) Inclusion in CREA’s client catalog and database; (iii) Weekly or biweekly delivery of a digital publication with information on industry trends, relevant news, and CREA blog content (newsletter); (iv) Delivery of white papers, i.e., informational and promotional documents about CREA’s products, events, or services.

Secondary Purposes: (i) Inclusion in CREA’s supplier catalog and database; (ii) Access to CREA’s offices and facilities; (iii) For advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or commercial prospecting purposes and market research.
Primary Purposes: (i) Personnel recruitment and selection processes for employment in various CREA events and/or projects; (ii) Identity verification; (iii) Managing and responding to job applications without this constituting any labor or other type of relationship; (iv) Managing registration (only in case of hiring or subcontracting) as an employee or as personnel assigned to CREA’s projects and/or events, to compile their employment file and issue an employee ID badge; (v) to control vehicle access; (vi) to document the relationship with candidates or hired/subcontracted personnel through contracts, agreements, or arrangements that outline the relationship between the Parties; (vii) to conduct psychometric and medical exams; (viii) to carry out interviews; (ix) to register, remove, or modify the individual’s affiliation with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), the National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), the Retirement Savings System (SAR), and any other governmental agencies as required by law, as well as to register their beneficiaries in the event the candidate is selected to fill a position within CREA and/or its affiliates or subsidiaries; (x) to share personal data with companies or financial institutions that administer savings funds; (xi) to share personal data with companies contracted by CREA to provide food and/or fuel vouchers; (xii) to provide training; (xiii) to allow access to CREA’s offices and event facilities; (xiv) to carry out video surveillance for security reasons; (xv) to share or transfer personal data to companies that supply personnel to CREA; (xvi) to send personal data to companies that administer psychometric evaluations required during the recruitment and selection process.
Secondary Purposes:(i) Once the labor or service relationship with CREA has ended, to provide employment references to companies or institutions requesting them due to a job application submitted by the candidate, in accordance with applicable regulations; (ii) to promote the candidate’s personal data for job openings; (iii) inclusion in the catalog and databases of candidates, prospects, and staff assigned to various CREA projects or events; (iv) to contact the candidate’s spouse, relatives, and/or references in case of an emergency or urgent need; (v) for advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or commercial prospecting purposes and market research.
By providing your personal data, you expressly accept and acknowledge the content of this Privacy Notice, which may be modified from time to time, and you grant your consent for CREA to process your personal data in the manner described herein.
Refusal to Consent to Secondary Purpose Data Processing: If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for the secondary purposes outlined in Sections 1 through 4 above, you may refuse consent at any time by sending an email to CREA’s Privacy Committee, specifying the secondary purpose(s) for which you do not want your personal data to be used. Please note that you have five (5) business days to express your refusal; if no response is received within that timeframe, it will be understood that you consent to the processing of your data for the aforementioned secondary purposes.
What Personal Data We Collect and How:For the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we may collect your personal data in various ways: when you provide it directly; when you send it via email; when you provide it through social media and/or websites; and/or when we obtain information from other sources permitted by law.

Response Timeframes:
The CREA Privacy Committee will inform you within five (5) business days whether additional information is required for the submitted request. You will have ten (10) business days to provide the information requested by CREA. If the requested information is not provided within the stated period, the request will be considered as not submitted.
10. Once the Privacy Committee has the required additional information, or if no additional information is necessary, it will have a period of twenty (20) business days, starting from the date the request was received, to issue a resolution. If the request is deemed appropriate, it will be enforced within fifteen (15) business days from the date the response is communicated. For requests regarding access to personal data, the information will be delivered once the identity of the requester or their legal representative has been verified, in accordance with Article 32 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Revocation of Consent. At any time, you may revoke the consent you have granted us for the processing of your personal data, so that we cease using it. To do so, you must submit your written request to the CREA Privacy Committee and/or via email to datospersonales@cie.com.mx
Your request must include the information specified in points (i) to (v) mentioned above. We will respond to your request within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days, and inform you of its validity in accordance with Article 32 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Options and Means to Limit the Use or Disclosure of Personal DataYou may also limit the use of your personal data by registering with the Public Consumer Registry provided for in the Federal Consumer Protection Law.
Transfer of Personal DataYou agree that your personal data may be transferred without your consent in the cases provided for in Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Likewise, you acknowledge and authorize that your personal information and data (except for sensitive, financial, or patrimonial data) may be shared with our service providers, clients, business partners, contracting companies (as defined in Article 15-A of the Federal Labor Law), insurance companies, and any other third parties with whom CREA has a legal relationship, whenever it is necessary to share such information for the purposes established in this Privacy Notice.
We may also share your information when required by law or by public authorities. We reserve the right to transfer your personal data in the event of a sale or transfer of all or part of our business or assets. Additionally, you agree that your personal data may be transferred to, and processed, stored, or handled by parties other than CREA, within or outside the country, in order to fulfill the purposes of this privacy notice.
In any of the aforementioned cases, CREA will inform the third party receiving the personal data of the content and scope of this Privacy Notice, and of the purposes to which you, as the data subject, have consented for the processing of your personal information.
If you do not agree with the transfer of your personal data as stated above, you may at any time send an email to the CREA Privacy Committee expressing your refusal to allow such transfers. If you do not do so, we will consider that you have granted your consent.
Modifications to the Privacy Notice
You acknowledge, understand, and accept that CREA reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Notice at any time, including its purposes, the personal data collected, and its general content, to comply with legislative updates, internal policies, new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products, changes to our business model, or the hiring of services and personnel.
Such modifications will be made available to the public through publication on CREA’s website at www.crea-cie.com.mx in the Privacy Notice section, where the date of the most recent update will be indicated. Therefore, we recommend that you periodically visit the aforementioned website.
Complaints and Claims If you believe that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated by any conduct of our employees, our actions, or our responses, or if you presume that there has been a violation of the provisions set forth in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, you may file the corresponding complaint or claim before the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information, and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).
